Wanna Workout?

This intense CrossFit style workout might not sound all that bad, but I promise... It packs a MEAN punch!!!

20 Burpees
1 Squat
19 Burpees
2 Squats
18 Burpees
3 Squats
17 Burpees
4 Squats
16 Burpees
5 Squats
..continue in this pattern until you reach
1 Burpee
20 Squats

  1. I just did this workout and it killed me!! But it was worth it!! I feel great!! I'm sure my legs will hurt tomorrow though...
